Having 30 years experience as a real estate Broker in both resale and new homes, I am very familiar with the complete closing process. I have completed and passed the National Notary Association loan signing exam, and the Notary Essentials exam. I have successfully completed and passed the training program requirements for the Mark Wills Loan Signing System as a Certified Loan Signing Agent. Many years of experience as a Broker in Resale Real Estate-- being a top producer and a Broker in new home sales-- as well as moving into the position of sales manager, have given me a world of experience in dealing with the public. I have been professionally trained to communicate with stressful clients at contract signings and feel confident in my abilities to create a smooth signing as a notary. I pay special attention to detail and understand the importance of cut off times and the scanning back of documents in a timely manner.
