I am NNA certified and have completed the Loan Signing System certification. I am very knowledgeable about loan signing documents and am comfortable explaining all documents to clients. I understand the importance of documents being complete, accurate & legible & that any error can cause a funding issue. I always double check my work and on the rare occasion I make a mistake, it will be my top priority to fix it. I am always respectful of others time and am punctual for all appointments. I also understand the importance of getting documents back as soon as they are completed. I have a mobile scanner & can immediately scan back clear, complete documents.
