I am knowledgeable of all documents in a signing packet and detail oriented to ensure docs are completed properly the first time such as the Patriot Act and Notice of Right to Cancel. Should a rare call back be necessary, I respond immediately. Ensuring completed packets are sent out and scan backs are done in a timely manner, is a high priority.
