I can cover Goodyear, Avondale, Laveen, Tolleson, Buckeye, Surprise, Glendale and West Phoenix, I am NNA and Fidelity approved. I am proficient at Re-fi, Buyer/Purchase Loans, Cash Sales, HUD, VA. I can go to a signing on short notice. If the title company is close by, I can hand deliver documents.
