I started in the mortgage industry with Bank One that is now Chase Bank in 1999. I worked for Bank One / Chase for 7 years as a Loan Processor, Post Closer and a Quality Control person. After leaving Bank One / Chase I stared working in the commercial real estate with RMRG. I worked with RMRG in the leasing department from 2006 to 2009. In April of 2007 I optioned my notary commission.
I left RMRG in 2009 to open my own business of in-home day care. I have run a successful in-home day care for more than 10 years. Now my childen are grown and I look forward to rejoining the mortgage industry.
I do believe I will do great at this job because I love the rapid pace of the mortgage industry. I also believe that it is an advantage that I was a quality control person because I understand what the documents are where the vital information is and how time sensitive they are.
I have also furthered my education to better prepare myself to be the effective sign agent.
