For the last 16 years I have been a successful Real Estate Broker with Century 21 Roberts & Andrews in McHenry, Illinois. As a Real Estate Broker, I marketed myself on behalf of Century 21, initiated real estate deals with both sellers and buyers, saw transactions through from inception, to closing. Beginning with sellers, marketing their property, researching the market in their area, pricing their home competitively, helping them with suggestions on how to best stage their home. When offers came in, I successfully negotiated prices, close dates, and all details of the contract. Worked with inspectors and attorneys as we negotiated further to come to an amicable deal for both seller and buyer. On the buyers’ side, I worked with buyers listening to their real estate goals to identify properties that would lead them to such goals. I helped them to identify similar properties in the area so that we might make a reasonable offer. I have sat through hundreds of closings and am very familiar and comfortable with all loan documents involved in all types of real estate transactions.

In 2020 I moved to Arizona with my husband permanently. I received my Notary Commission in December, 2020, and studied with the Loan Signing System and received my LSS certification in January 2021.
