Having spent 42 years in my previous career helping people during times of both positive and difficult life change, I will compliment your team by guiding your clients through a great signing experience. My background makes me very patient in dealing with difficult people or those who just need more attention during the process. I am detail oriented and go over every document to ensure that all dates, initials and signatures are complete and that all documents are filled out properly. I will return documents on time (early when possible!) and will update you during the whole process. I will call you with questions rather than guessing and if by chance I ever make a mistake, I will drop what I am doing and get it fixed. I am devoting full time to this business and will gladly take signings early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
