I do not miss any dates, initials or signatures because I understand it is my job to be an educated and impartial third party. An incomplete signing or a signing full of errors only leads to unnecessary headaches for everyone involved. I make sure your borrower knows what they are signing and that all their questions are addressed.

I will walk your borrowers through all important documents while also ensuring each necessary document is completely filled out. Additionally, I am all about the convenience of you and the borrower and I have open availability. I return documents immediately after they are signed if it is during business hours or first thing the following morning if it is not. I also can print documents, or pick them up, whatever is easiest for you and the borrower, of course!
