I understand the careful reviewing needed of every document for complete signatures, dates, initials and stamps. I triple check deal breaker documents such as the NORTC and 1003 to ensure all is completed properly. As a processor for five years, I am familiar with the process and loan package documents. I will ensure scan backs and FedEx drops are completed promptly and on time, keeping all parties informed throughout. If an error or mistake takes place, I will drop what I'm doing and fix it ASAP.
