I do my best to complete my signings with no errors, no missed stamps, signatures and initials. I am available for signings 24-7, including late nights, holidays and weekends. I make sure all forms are completed thoroughly and correctly. I do not make mistakes on key documents this includes the Trust Certificate, Statement of Information, Notice of Right to Cancel, etc. I also know how to have the borrower fill out the Power of Attorney. I am never late to appointments. I will always have the loan documents back in office ASAP, if possible the same day.
