I have a dual tray laser printer as well as extra toner at all times and understand how to print legal and letter-sized documents. I have passed a background screening from the NNA. I carry $100K E&O insurance and am bonded.
I believe as a notary loan signing agent it is my job to make the signer(s) comfortable and have the signing go as smoothly as possible. I schedule enough time between signings so that no one has to feel rushed. I have completed over 450 signings.
