Notary Service Payment Policy Agreement (Arizona)

By engaging notary services, the hiring party (“Client”) agrees to the following payment terms:

1) Payment Terms:
Full payment is due within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) calendar days from the date services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by GandM Team Investments, LLC.

2) Payee Requirements:
All payments must be made payable to GandM Team Investments, LLC.
Payments issued to any other name will be deemed non-compliant and will not be accepted.

3) Non-Compliant Payment Handling:
If payment is issued incorrectly:
Payment will be rejected and returned to the Client. A $50.00 administrative fee will be assessed. Corrected payment must be received within five (5) calendar days of notice.

4) Late Payment / Default:
Any balance not paid within forty-five (45) calendar days shall be considered past due. A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by Arizona law, whichever is less, will be applied to all outstanding balances. Accounts exceeding sixty (60) calendar days may be suspended from future services and/or referred to collections.

5. Collections & Enforcement (Expanded Remedies):
 Client agrees that in the event of non-payment, breach of payment terms, or default, GandM Team Investments, LLC shall be entitled to pursue all remedies available under Arizona law, including recovery of the following:
a. Collection Costs and Legal Fees:
 All reasonable costs of collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, filing fees, service of process fees, and reasonable attorney’s fees, to the extent permitted by Arizona law.
b. Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursement for all travel reasonably incurred in pursuing collection, enforcement, court appearances, mediation, or related legal remedies, calculated at the current Internal Revenue Service (IRS) standard mileage rate, or such other rate as may be agreed upon in writing.
c. Administrative and Time Compensation:
Compensation for time reasonably expended as a direct result of Client’s non-payment, billed at a rate of $100.00 per hour, including but not limited to: Time spent pursuing payment and collection efforts; Time spent preparing for, attending, or participating in court proceedings, mediation, or settlement discussions; Time spent compiling, organizing, and producing records, evidence, or legal documentation related to enforcement.
d. Interest on Unpaid Balance:
 Interest shall accrue on all unpaid balances beginning from the date services were rendered at a rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum or the maximum rate permitted under Arizona law, whichever is less, until paid in full.
e. Cumulative Remedies:
All remedies stated herein are cumulative and in addition to any other rights or remedies available at law or in equity.
f. Pre-Judgment Interest:
Client agrees that any unpaid balance shall accrue pre-judgment interest beginning on the date services were rendered, at a rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum or the maximum rate permitted under Arizona law, whichever is less, pursuant to A.R.S. § 44-1201, as may be amended. Client further agrees that the amounts due under this Agreement constitute a liquidated sum, and therefore, pre-judgment interest shall accrue as a matter of right until the date judgment is entered. Interest shall continue to accrue on all unpaid amounts, including principal, authorized fees, and costs, until paid in full. In the event of legal action, GandM Team Investments, LLC shall be entitled to recover all accrued pre-judgment interest in addition to any judgment awarded.

6) Returned Payments:
Any returned check or rejected electronic payment due to insufficient funds or stop payment will incur a $50.00 returned payment fee, in addition to any applicable bank charges.

7) Method of Payment:
Accepted payment methods include:
a. Check payable to GandM Team Investments, LLC.
b. Approved electronic payment methods (ACH, Zelle, or other methods as provided)
, GandM Team Investments, LLC reserves the right to require electronic payment for repeat or high-volume Clients.

8) Superseding Terms:
These payment terms supersede any conflicting payment policies, timelines, or instructions contained in any agreement, vendor packet, or contract provided by the Client, unless expressly agreed to in writing by GandM Team Investments, LLC.

9) Acceptance of Terms:
Scheduling, ordering, or utilizing notary services constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of this Payment Policy Agreement.
