I serve Pinal and Maricopa counties in Arizona for loan signings and notarizations. I am able to receive and print E-docs, provide an overview of each document to the borrower, and get them signed with no errors and returned to you promptly.

I am no stranger to the sort of details involved in the loan signing process. I began my career with 15 years in banking, and have another 20 years of experience in the IT world, including Coding, Business Analysis, Adult Education, and Project Management.

I manage each loan signing as a mini-project, professionally and exceptionally well-organized.

I have completed the Sign & Thrive course with Bill Soroka, and am a current member of the Sign & Thrive Group. I am also TRID Compliant, NNA Certified and a current member of NNA.

One final note: I do need to meet anyone who has pets or who smokes in a public area, as I am very sensitive with allergies.
