I have been a Certified Signing Agent in and for the state of Arizona for over 20 years. I have closed loans for all fifty states. I am able to accept e-docs and send scan backs for an additional fee. I am RON and IPEN certified. I am also Fidelity approved I am more than willing to travel statewide to complete signings: however, the fee will be negotiated at the time of the assignment. I have a laptop with wireless router allowing me to do Hybrid signings at any location. In order to better serve your clients, I have completed several courses including Signing Agent Certification, Arizona Law, Arizona Identity and Theft Prevention Training along with Notary Essentials and TRID training through the NNA. I have two office location one in Cottonwood the other in Prescott. I pride myself in completing each assignment with attention to detail and professional integrity.
