I have been a Signing Agent/Notary for the last 5 years and most active since retiring as a mortgage loan officer from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I for over 17 years of mortgage originating experience. As a loan officer I attended over 90% of all my closing with my customers at the closing table. I originated the free/no cost refinances available to my past clients at WF, the closing packets were sent directly to the customer. Many of my customers would bring the packet to me for help. I would go through the packet with them and explain the various documents and answer questions, I would then direct them to a notary at our bank for signing. I am very aware of the importance of getting documents signed and returned to vendor in a timely manner. I always strive for customer service excellence.
