I have 32+ years experience in all types of real estate transactions (seller, buyer cash, buyer loan, refinance, timeshare, commercial, reverse mortgage, agreement for sale, seller carryback note & deed of trust, power of attorney signing, assumption, exchange, REO, Fannie Mae, etc) and am able to competently and correctly explain all documents to the client. I've also handled signings for transactions in other states and am able to explain those documents also. I have attention to detail and always double check for any missed signatures, initialing or dates before leaving the client and sending the documents to the vendor.
