I am knowledgeable and detail oriented. I double and triple check documents to ensure that signatures, initials and dates are not missed and are properly filled out. I verify the Notice of Right to Cancel is complete, filled out and dated properly. I WILL make sure your docs are dropped off at Fed Ex or UPS as soon as possible after the signing and checking of the docs. I will track the docs until they arrive to you!
