I have completed many signings which include Refi's Conventional, FHA's and VA's. I have also completed many Reverse Mortgage's, Buyers, Sellers and Loan Mod's. I know the importance of capturing all signatures according to signature lines, dates only where dates are shown as well as all initials. I also know the importance of getting scan back's complete if requested as well as dropping Doc's in a timely manner. I double check to make sure I have stamped and completed all notarial act's correctly before shipping. While at signing, I make sure the borrower(s) is/are comfortable at signing table by moving along according to their speed and not mine.
