I triple-check each document to ensure the signatures, dates, and initials are completed properly. I also make sure to check key documents such as the 1003 and the Notice of Right to Cancel to make sure it is completed correctly. If on the rare occasion something is missed, I will stop what I'm doing to get it completed and sent back promptly. The documents will be returned on time as I know all the local FedEX drop-off times and will keep you informed of the progress. I look forward to providing qualifying signings!
