Performing refinance loans signings in Maricopa county. I am organized and work well under pressure. I am very reliable and dependable. I have a flexible schedule which accommodates last minutes assignments. I have excellent time management skills. Details oriented, customers service expert, courteous demeanor and energetic work attitude.

Accept loans signing assignment via-emails, phone or text. Print and prepare loan documents . Review closing documents for accuracy in names, address and legal information. Providing transportation to signing locations. Always arrive 15 minutes before schedule appointment time. Described lender loan document and obtained signature. Notarize loans documents and other legal documents. Fax, scan or email documents required by the signings companies immediately after signings completed. FedEx or UPS documents back to signing company the following day as directed. perform signings between 40-60 each month.
