I thought I would drop you a quick line and introduce myself. I am a Loan Signing Agent currently working in Maricopa County, Arizona. I have been in the Real Estate industry for 15 years and have spent the last 5 focusing on loan closings; therefore I have extensive knowledge with the myriad of forms and disclosures various lenders include.

I conduct every signing with the understanding that I am an extension of your professionalism and a commitment to making your job easier! This includes the obvious such as meticulously checking docs before returning them, same day pick-up/drop-off (for local signings) and on the rare occasion there is an error, I will fix it immediately with the understanding that I play a role in a transaction that many others have put a lot of work into! Additionally, I will make sure forms are returned filled out (PCOR, SI, Trust Cert) and offer packaging for free.
