I WILL:
-Comply with the Notary Signing Agent Code of Conduct at all times
-Call signer(s) to confirm appointment promptly after receipt of assignment/order
-Read AND follow provided closing instructions
-Dress appropriately in business attire
-Arrive to appointments ON TIME, if not a couple minutes early
*if I will be late for any reason, I will call to notify the company/person that assigned the closing as well as the signer(s)
-Provide signer(s) with paper copy of documents
-Conduct closings professionally and efficiently, ensuring all documents are signed, dated and notarized in a timely and accurate manner (error free)
-Scan back as requested
-Drop off documents on time for timely shipping via FedEx/UPS

I WILL NOT:
-Give legal advice
-Print documents double-sided
-Rush or pressure signer(s) to sign documents
-Notarize documents BEFORE or AFTER appointment
-Return incomplete document packages (Missing signatures, dates, initials, or with blank spaces)
