I not only am meticulous with each document, but I will double and triple check each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly completed. I also focus on key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. With extensive training by the Loan Signing System (LSS).

On the rare occasion, a mistake is made I will stop what I am doing and fix it ASAP because I pride myself on learning from mistakes and taking accountability for those I have made.

As soon as the signing is complete documents will be returned promptly and on time. I help to ensure this by researching the local drop-off location prior to the appointment. I will also keep you informed throughout the process.
