I am Knowledgable & Detail Oriented. I do check each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete filled out. To be sure, I also triple check important documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003. For whatever reason if there is a mistake, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP. The documents will be returned on time as soon as the signing is complete (I do have a scanner in my car in case you need scanbacks).
