I've done over 100 signings over the past few years, including but not limited to Refi's, Buyers, Sellers, and Helocs packages. I understand the importance of not missing signatures, dates, or initials as this can delay the closing process. I pay special attention to documents such as Deeds of Trust, Notes, and especially those NRTC rescission dates. I always make sure the borrower does not sign in the "Wish to Cancel" line. I'm not one of those NSAs that shove paperwork in the borrower's face and tell them to sign. I pride myself on guiding the borrower/seller through every document and explaining what they are so they feel comfortable signing. I double-check even triple-check my loan docs before sending docs off via FedEx and have no problem sending scan backs. I have a dual tray printer that allows me to print legal and letter-sized paper. I'm available in the am/pm, even on weekends. I understand that as your NSA, I am an extension of your business and reputation. That is why I will go above and beyond to make sure it stays that way if given the chance.
