I am located in Goodyear (Estrella Mountain Ranch area-85338), Arizona. I service the Maricopa County - primarily the West Valley area including Buckeye, Litchfield Park, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Avondale, Tolleson and SW Phoenix. I am willing to travel further for an additional fee.

I am a certified loan signing agent and mobile notary with availability throughout the week, weekends and holidays. At this time, I primarily handle remote online notarization. I am Certified to utilize the Pavaso platform.

I am certified by the National Notary Association. I have also completed the Sign and Thrive 5 phase training course as well as other loan signing courses.

I have $50,000 of E&O Insurance and a current background check that is in compliance with the National Notary Association. I am familiar with all types of residential loans. In addition, I provide notary services to the general public including notary requests for vehicle title transfers, powers of attorney, medical forms, wills, I-9's, copy certification, and various other notarized documents.

I have 5 years' notary experience. I was previously employed as a Senior Insurance Claims Representative for 20 years where the utmost attention to detail and accuracy were required, and that is something I continue to bring to my current profession. I am punctual, efficient, very detail oriented, and customer service minded. I am also professional in both practice and appearance. I am a non-smoker. I carry disposable shoe covers to each signing and offer to wear them into every home, regardless of weather conditions. I have a dual-tray laser printer and a scanner. I accept E-docs, overnight hard docs, and can pick up/drop off packets locally. I see myself as an extension of your business, so you can count on me to close the deal in a professional manner while making the loan signing experience a pleasant one for the client.
