Hi I'm Cassie Bellamy, I have been in and around the real estate market most of my life growing up as a child of a broker and or sales agent. I started doing loan closings in my early twenties in the state of florida. I moved to Arizona in 2008 and picked up the business again in partnership with my mother. Upon her passing I let my commission go to explore other areas of employment and have since returned to the signing field. I have educated myself in reverse mortgages, and have also done every aspect of loans known to the signing community to include home equity loans, reverses, straight sales, refi's and VA loans. I have performed adoption paperwork, dnr, Arizona vehicle title signings, and most documents needing notarization. I'm excited to be back in the signing community and am currently educating myself on the newest procedures and or laws pertaining to loan closings. I look forward to working with each and every one of you and getting back in the swing of things. I will travel to Mohave valley, Fort mohave, Bullhead City, Golden Valley, Kingman, Lake Havasu city, and all areas in between.
