I have had extensive training, receiving a Certificate from the Loan Signing System, passed the National Notary Association background check and exam, as well as keeping myself updated. I always take the extra 5 minutes to meticulously double check to ensure that all signatures, initials and dates are filled in properly and pay extra attention to the Notice of Right to Cancel and the signature line at the top of the Loan Application.
