Lifelong career in Administration & Management, with a passion for problem solving pursuant the success and growth of all companies, I have worked for. My background was initially professional sales oriented in the 80's, after which I transitioned to Financial Services in Banking, after 1995. In the Banking Industry, I served in many capacities including Branch Management, Financial Consulting, and sourcing Mortgage related Loans. Because of my 15 years of Mortgage Loan background, I know expertly, the Loan Packets you utilize, relative to all things Real Estate, from the Sellers, Buyers and Lenders perspective, as I have been substantially involved in all roles. I was a commissioned Notary in California between 2005 thru 2010 and have administered the signing and notarization of a multitude of Loan Package documents. As of now, I have been self employed from 2013 thru now, in the Real Estate Investments field, having both purchased and sold upwards of 50 properties through that duration of time. I have currently initiated a Bookkeeping and Notary Loan Signing Service company, in keeping within my areas of expertise. I reside in Phoenix Arizona, and can perform NSA, Notary Signing Agent, work in proximate areas within a 50 mile radius.
