Numerous other jobs have included loan modifications, reverse mortgages, vehicle purchases, etc. I live in a Phoenix suburb, and cover the entire metropolitan area, though I'm willing to travel throughout the state, 24/7. My E&O insurance is for $100,000. and I have a $5000. bond. I have a Bachelors Degree in economics. With signers, I'm patient and take pride in the quality of my work. If questions arise during the signing I'm quick to call the company who hired me and/or the loan officer. I'm humiliate on the rare occasions that I make an error,
