I have 8 years of service as a commissioned Notary Public in the state of California and now commissioned in Arizona. My previous career includes 13+ years in the banking industry in several roles where I have successfully completed real estate signings gaining my experience with Heloc, equity loan signings, notice of right to cancel, deed of trust, quitclaim deed, trust certification, power of attorney signings. In addition, I personally have also been on the signing side with my own VA home loans and refinances. I am a NNA certified loan signing agent, certified loan signing system, and NNA background verified.
