I am ready and willing to help signers by notarizing correctly. I am currently available 24/7 and am willing to travel anywhere in the greater Phoenix area. In addition, I will arrive to appointments on time and be in communication with the signer(s) if running late. I will not print documents double-sided. I will provide a copy of the documents to the signer(s). I will not rush or pressure the signer(s) to sign or provide legal advice. I will notarize at the signing. I will scan back as requested and drop documents on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 4:00 p.m. I will notarize only if I witness the signer signing the documents.
