I understand that any error on my end can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss close of escrow, and overall frustration for everyone. That is why I make sure all forms are filled completely and properly - no missed signatures, initials, or stamps, and the dates are neat and clear.

I guide the borrower through the loan docs, which puts them at ease. The signing tends to go smoother when they are aware of what they are signing.

I have a dual tray printer and scanner, so scan-backs are super easy.

I am available 24/7 (evenings, weekends, and holidays) and don’t mind driving an hour or two for a signing.
