I am knowledgeable and I will go over each and every document to ensure every signature, initial, date (and when required) notary stamp is complete and correct. I've been certified through trainings and I have my loan signing certificate from the loan signing system course as credentials to ensure the best loan signing experience for everyone.
If on a rare occasion a mistake is made, I will immediately stop what I am doing to fix it.
The documents will be returned on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
