I walk them through each document so that they understand what they are signing. My job is to be impartial, but not uneducated. All signatures, dates and initials will be neat and properly done (even the PCOR, Trust Certification, 1003, or NORTC). I always prioritize making Fedex same day because I know how important it is to fund on time. Lastly, I communicate with you throughout the entire process.
