My name is Barbara Teresa Barnes, but I go by Teresa.
I have been in mortgage for over 15 years in the Arizona area. I have worked for several big banks and small companies as well, focusing on leadership and underwriting. This has given me expert knowledge of loan documents and the importance of completeness. I became a loan signing agent to take control of my schedule, be less stressed but still be able to utilize my analytical skills by ensuring that loan documents are accurate before I meet a client and complete before I leave the client.
