I have been a notary for 13 years. I am also a Realtor and an Insurance Agent, with certifications in Life and Health, and Property and Casualty. I have also worked in the mortgage field as a loan originator, servicing and processing and investor accounting. My years of experience give me the ability to be very familiar with loan documents, as well as know what I can and cannot ethically discuss with the signers. I have an in depth knowledge of the documents involved with loans, and how they must be properly executed. I have worked as a notary for an extended length of time, and have notarized a wide variety of documents, and properly dealt with a wide range of special circumstances that have arisen throughout the years. I have made my home in Arizona for 24 years after moving from the Washington Metropolitan area in 1996. As a consultant, Realtor, and insurance agent, I keep myself involved in my community. I take great pride in working to strengthen and improve my community, serving on and chairing the Encanto Village Planning Committee, as well as serving on and chairing the Neighborhood Block Watch Grant Oversight Committee. I am a frequent volunteer in the Phoenix LGBT Community, both for social welfare and philanthropic organizations.
