I'm bonded and back-ground approved by the NNA and Pavaso certified. I complete anywhere from 10-30 closings a week, depending on the time of month. My experience includes general notary work direct by consumer contact, direct refi/loan closing with local title agencies, and 3rd party signing service work. Experienced handling Seller Only purchase packages, Buyer Only purchase packages, refinances, VA/FHA loans, loan modification packages, loan application packages, debt settlements, investment purchase loans and refis, and reverse mortgage packages. Knowledgable in handling signings in a Trust and Attorney in Fact POA guidelines. I serve most areas of Yavapai county in Northern Arizona, with a focus on Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Dewey Humboldt. I'm equipped with ability to print split files (letter & legal) and have a stand alone Epson scanner to complete orders requiring scan backs as quickly as possible.
