I have 16 years notary experience along with 25 years prior banking and lending experience. I most recently was a Licensed MLO and the Production Manager for a high producing mortgage team for 11 years. I have extensive knowledge of loan documents and closing packages, however know the importance of knowing my role as a notary and "staying in my lane" with my knowledge - thus not providing opinions or information outside of the notary expertise when acting as a signing agent.
