I am an NNA certified, FIDELITY approved, RON/E-notary (IPEN/EscrowTab) certified as well as LSS certified signing agent. As of Jan 2024 I have performed 1900+ signings. I am meticulous by nature and review every document to ensure that dates, signatures, initials and stamps are complete and forms are properly filled out. If an error is made (on a rare occasion), I commit to make it right ASAP. I know time is of the essence. I know how to be diplomatic when needed with difficult signers as well as making the signing experience more of a celebration for first-time home buyers.
