Additionally, she is well-versed with Affidavits, Estate Wills & Trusts, Oath & Affirmations, Titles and small documents requiring notarizations. Her work is always accurate and completed in a prompt, timely manner while always giving your clients her undivided attention. She can adapt to a situation and is sensitive to any special needs of the individuals involved in the transaction.

Denise is an 20 year business owner with a meticulous eye for details. She can provide loan signings both as a mobile Notary and in-office at a title company. Her availability is in the south east valley of Arizona including: San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Gold Canyon, Gilbert, Mesa, Florence, Chandler. She's willing to drive to Kearny, Superior or Globe, if needed.
