As an NSA who is also a realtor I truly understand the importance of great service and attention to detail. I understand that all loan documents are time sensitive and I am committed to being as quick as possible to return documents while remaining accurate.

I will arrive on time and will contact the signer if running late.
I will not print docs double sided.
I will provide the signer with a copy of the docs.
I will scanback as requested.
I will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 4pm.
I will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advice.
I will notarize at the signing, and not before or after.
