I am available for Refinance, Purchase, HELOC, Commercial, Construction and Reverse Mortgage loan signings and more. I can facilitate a same day signing with 6 hours notice depending on the location of the signing. Depending on the distance and type of signing I usually ask for a fee of $100-$150. In addition to the traditional "closing" I offer a hybrid closing which enables certain documents to be signed electronically and the remaining printed and notarized at the signer's location. I am also commissioned by the state of Arizona to be an electronic (EON) and remote (RON) online notary.
