I first entered the mortgage industry as a loan processor in 2021. Being a processor involves collecting documentation from clients, assisting them with signing documents when needed, and making sure those documents are organized and submitted to the correct recipient in a timely manner.
About 6 months later, I also began originating mortgage loans and processing them myself. Being a mortgage loan officer entails speaking directly with clients, analyzing their finances, collecting the appropriate documents, and finding the best loan option available for either their refinance or purchase loan! I am extremely familiar with loan documents as I look at them on a daily basis!

Because of my background in the mortgage industry, I am aware of how important the loan signing process is and how everything needs to happen in a timely and efficient manner.
