I am a new notary; however, I have 10 years of experience as a loan closer for different mortgage lending companies. I worked as a document drawer, creating the doc package that is sent to the title company, and also as a funder, reviewing signed documents for correct dates and signatures. This previous experience helps me as a signing agent understand the importance of accuracy and due diligence when completing an assignment.
