I took three courses to gain a more complete understanding of the NSA industry. I received my Certifications from the National Notary Association, NSA Blueprint, and Notary2Pro. I proudly maintain memberships with these organizations to stay on top of current events and for their continued education programs. I also engage in continuing education offered by Notary Stars, with whom I am a member as well.

I am a dedicated Notary Signing Agent committed to delivering unparalleled service to my valued clients and their customers. I am particularly aware that the Termite form in buyer's packages needs to be signed. So you can be assured that I will not overlook the importance of this document. I emphasize my proficiency and aim to provide the best closing experience possible for every signer. I perform all work out of my home office which is fully equipped with laserjet printers and scanners to ensure every job has the professional appearance my clients and their customers deserve. I focus my work area primarily on Surprise, Sun City West, Sun City, El Mirage, Youngtown, Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Litchfield Park, Waddell, Peoria, and Glendale. However, I will travel farther when special situations arise and suitable arrangements can be made.

I am proud to announce that I have completed specialized training offered by EscrowTab to earn my In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) Certification. Leveraging EscrowTab's cutting-edge proprietary software, the signing process has been streamlined for enhanced efficiency. This service is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who want to minimize paperwork during closings. With a tablet using IPEN, documents are electronically signed and securely stored in a digital vault, providing a permanent and efficient solution for the closing process.

My capabilities are further amplified by my partnership with DocuSign to utilize their advanced platform for Remote Online Notary (RON) services. This collaboration allows me to deliver secure and efficient document signing on behalf of my clients, which ensures smooth loan closings for their customers. Additionally, I procured a digital certificate from IndenTrust allowing me to offer eNotary, RON, and IPEN services across many platforms from which my clients or their customers may choose. My commitment to convenience endures as I continue to provide mobile services for document signings at homes or other locations within Maricopa County, Arizona.

To follow State requirements, I have the standard Notary Bond of $5,000 issued by Merchants Bonding Company. For my personal peace of mind, I requested that they also provide me with Errors and Omissions coverage in the amount of $100,000. I also cleared my background check through the National Notary Association on June 27, 2023. Additionally, I am delighted to share the news on my latest achievement of obtaining my Professional Certification as a Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA). This distinguished credential amplifies my enthusiasm for assisting the public and estate planning professionals by ensuring the smooth delivery of important documents and plans that provide peace of mind to families and individuals everywhere. It is my goal to deliver a thorough presentation of trust documents to clients, making sure that signatures are gathered and notarizations are made in all the right places.

With over three decades of Notary Public experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every assignment. Combining my comprehensive notarial expertise with specialized training as a Certified Notary Signing Agent and Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent, I am well-equipped to address the unique challenges that may arise during buyer closings, seller closings, trust document signings, or any other document execution assignment. My communication skills also make it very easy for me to relate to people from all walks of life.

Before becoming a Notary Signing Agent and Notary Trust Delivery Agent, I excelled as a certified electronic court reporter and a certified legal transcriber for 15 years. Working as an independent contractor, I also provided transcription services from the comfort of my home office for insurance companies and law firms allowing me to balance work and family responsibilities. I kept my Notary Public Commission during this time as it was frequently needed by the people and businesses I assisted. Before venturing into freelance work, I dedicated my skills as a legal secretary and legal assistant to various law firms from 1981 through 1997. Throughout these many years, I maintained my position as a trusted Notary Public, recognizing the importance of this official role in the legal profession, and now as a Notary Signing Agent and Notary Trust Delivery Agent.
