I accept loan signing assignment via-emails, phone or text. Print and prepare loan documents . Review closing documents for accuracy in names, address and legal information. I always arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. I describe lender loan documents and obtain the required signature or signatures. Notarize loan documents and other legal documents. Fax, scan or email documents required by the signing companies immediately after signings are completed. FedEx or UPS documents back to signing company the following day as directed.
