I was previously in the mortgage business for 35 years in multiple positions including processing, underwriting, and sales. I am very familiar with loan and escrow documentation . I am customer service focused and every signer is treated with extreme courtesy and professionalism. I understand that my role as a signing agent is to be educated while remaining neutral and unbiased. I am a Loan Signing System graduate and completed the NNA Signing Agent course. I know this can be a stressful process for signers and guide them through the documents logically and efficiently, while making sure they feel comfortable while signing their documents as I point out important details and give a brief description of what they are signing. I understand that I am an extension of you and your client and will act as such.
