I have 30+ signings.

My goal is for your client to have a great signing experience. I'm friendly and patient, and will walk your clients through the paperwork, especially if they are first-time homebuyers.

I understand that errors can hurt, even lose, your closing. I will check and double check signatures, initials and dates. If there is a mistake, it will be fixed ASAP.

Documents NEED to be returned in a timely manner. If scanbacks are required, I will scan from the table. I will also return/mail documents as soon as the signing is completed.

Communication is key, and I will keep you updated throughout the signing process.
