I am a certified notary signing agent. My experience includes being a title examiner, escrow officer, realtor and educator for the previous 35 years. After leaving education I am now working in this business. Though my experience is limited as a signing agent, I am well educated, detailed oriented, personable, and very familiar with all kind of loan docs and instruments used not only in real estate but other legal professions.
